Self-ies: A Self-Care Yoga Retreat is all about you!
Self-ies events afford you the time to focus on your SELF and find EASE in your body and mind.
- Imagine sleeping in.
- Imagine delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner being provided and you don’t have to cook or do the dishes. (I hate doing dishes)!
- Imagine sitting still, reflecting/journaling/discussing by the fireside.
- Imagine quiet time, just for you to spend to yourself (or to chat with a new friend).
This self-care weekend encourages you to reconnect with and reclaim your essence. Our mountain retreat get-away offers you three yoga sessions, two Yoga Nidra meditations, DIY crafts, reflective journal prompts and discussions, welcome night hors d’oeuvres and beverages, nutritious meals (two breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner), yummy snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, Self-ies self-care gift bag, and plenty of “me time”. Yoga and meditations will take place in the serene meditation room. Meals will be served in the dinning room or on the patio. We’ll gather in the cozy den for our activities and discussions.
