During this special weekend retreat, we will Yoga Your Life. We will create an is an easy way for you to develop a meaningful daily practice to bring peace into life off of the mat.
Using ancient wisdom from the 8 limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras as a guide, but with a modern twist. We will walk through a formula that will have you “L.E.A.P.”-ing to each of the limbs. Preparing you to incorporate each of them into your life.
Whether you are discovering yoga for the first time, a seasoned practitioner or yoga teacher. You will connect to your practice in a new, personalized way. You will be ready to practice daily and Yoga Your Life.

Friday, April 22
- Arrive 3:00 – 4:00 pm on Friday
- Get situated
- Welcome and introductions at 5:00 pm
- Dinner 6:00 – 7:00 pm
- Yama & Niyama discussion and activities
- Aparigraha fire ceremony on outside patio
- 10:30 pm quiet time begins
Saturday, April 23
- 7:45 Wake up
- 8:00 – 9:00 Breakfast
- 9:30 – 11:30 mediation, pranayama and Ashtanga
- 12:00 – 1:00pm Lunch
- 1:30 – 3:30 pm free time to explore, hike, visit gift shoppe, rest
- 4:00 -6:00 pm meditation, pranayama, vinyasa to yin
- 6:00 – 7:00 pm dinner
- 7:30 – 9:30 pm pratyhara, dharana, dyhana, samadhi discussion and activities
- 10:30 pm quiet time begins
Sunday, April 24
- 7:45 Wake up
- 8:00 – 9:00 Breakfast
- 9:30 – 11:30 am mediation, pranayama and ashtanga
- 12:00 – 1:00pm Lunch
- 1:00pm Closing Circle
- Depart 2:00 pm
