R.E.S.E.T. Into Your Center

With Lisa Jacobson, LPC

August 12 - 14, 2022

Join Lisa on this journey to empowerment as she shows you how to create an inner place of well-being and focus in order to live a more authentic life.

Life is full of crossroads and transitions. Whether by choice or outside circumstances, you aren’t where you used to be and not yet where you will be.

Transitions are opportunities to pause and reflect, gaining new perspective on your life and your path. Together we’ll explore courageous intentionality for times of uncertainty and transitions and R.E.S.E.T into your center.  Finding your center over and over, and from that grounding, you consciously and courageously step forward.

During this weekend workshop you will learn Lisa’s signature R.E.S.E.T. practice and leave feeling more centered and grounded.

This is for people who want to move forward doing our part in personal growth and generational healing, instead of waiting to be rescued by figures of authority or getting stuck in the depths of our pain.  This weekend is intended for you to R.E.S.E.T and find YOUR CENTER again. And again. And again.

R.eassessing your values  –  release what isn’t yours

E.mpowerment through emotional awareness and intelligence  –  honoring your internal guidance system

S.ystems thinking perspective shift  –  instead of linear, cause/effect thinking

E.mpathy and compassion for self and others  –  soften. It doesn’t have to be heavy

T.rust in the process  –  exhale

The workshop is comprised mostly of discussion and experiential activities, with a little restorative Yoga and movement suitable for all levels.
