Integral RESET
With Lisa Jacobson, LPC
June 2 - 4, 2023
Life is full of crossroads and transitions. Whether by choice or outside circumstances, you aren’t where you used to be and not yet where you will be.
Transitions are opportunities to pause and reflect, gaining new perspective on your life and your path. You need to be intentional in times of uncertainty and transitions and R.E.S.E.T into your center. Finding your center over and over, and from that grounding, you consciously and courageously step forward.
During this weekend workshop, I will teach you my signature R.E.S.E.T. practice. You will leave feeling more centered and grounded. R.E.S.E.T. is the practice of engaging and discovering our strengths as individuals who are also part of a system. This is for people who want to move forward doing our part in personal growth and generational healing, instead of waiting to be rescued by figures of authority or getting stuck in the depths of our pain. This weekend is intended for you to R.E.S.E.T and find YOUR CENTER again. And again. And again.
During your time this weekend, Lisa will teach you how to R.E.S.E.T in times of transition and uncertainty or any time you feel life is moving too fast.
R.E.S.E.T.
Reassessing your values (release what isn’t yours)
Empowerment through emotional awareness (and intelligence)
Systems thinking perspective shift (instead of linear, cause/effect thinking)
Empathy and compassion for self and others (soften. It doesn’t have to be heavy)
Trust in the process (exhale)
The workshop will be comprised mostly of discussion and experiential activities, with a little restorative Yoga and movement suitable for all levels. Join Lisa on this journey to empowerment as she shows you how to create an inner place of well-being and focus in order to live a more authentic life.
