What to Expect: To help deepen your retreat experience, Elohee does not provide televisions or internet access (unless you bring your own hotspot). Cell phone service is excellent for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. Your car will be left in a secured parking lot, and you will be shuttled up to your room upon arrival and shuttled back down to your car at departure. Shuttle service to your car is available at any time. All facilities at the top of the mountain are within a 5 minute walk of each other, with some gravel roads. 2 cottage rooms are ADA compliant, and all cottage rooms are on ground level.

Returning- “Listen, Listen. Back to my heart, back to my heart”. Autumn is a time to turn inward. It’s a time of letting go of the busy external activity. It’s a calling to Return more fully back to you. It’s a time to listen, reflect, replenish your life’s journey – shedding what is ready to retire and renew what is ready for deeper, stronger roots. With the support of nature’s seasonal call, we will explore returning back to our hearts. Remember, Embrace, Attend and Love yourself fully in this healing and nourishing weekend at Elohee.

Friday, September 8

3:00 – 4:00 pm Check in at Elohee

4:30 – 5:10 pm / 5:20 – 6:00 pm Yoga – A short yoga practice to welcome your body, mind and
spirit to the Retreat *Rose Mary Forest Studio

FOCUS: We’ll practice gentle standing movements to rebalance and reset the nervous system
and realign the spine, and finish with savasana to integrate the poses.

4:30 – 5:10 pm / 5:20 – 6:00 p.m. Meditation and Myofascial *Stephanie Mandala Hall

FOCUS: We will use myofascial techniques to release deep chronic tensions in the body leading
to a palpabe sense of calm, quiet and contentment in body and mind. Folllowed by guided
meditation to embrace our weekend in pure presence.

*These 2 classes will be held from 4:30 – 5:10 p.m. and again from 5:20 – 6:00 p.m. for you
to be able to attend both classes if you wish.

6:00 -7:00 pm Dinner

7:00 – 8:15 pm Fall Retreat Welcome & Kickoff, Introductions, get to know each other

8:30 – 9:45 pm Yin Yoga *Rose Mary

FOCUS: Yin postures held for 4 – 5 minutes to stretch the fascai, muscle tissues and connective
tissues as you settle into a still quiet state.

Saturday, September 9

7:00 – 7:30 am Greet the morning with Yoga practice – Morning Has Broken *Christina

FOCUS: Greet the morning with a variety of sun salutations to help awaken vitality and prepare
the body for the day ahead.

7:30-8:00 am Sunrise Meditation-30 minute guided meditation *Stephanie Mandala Hall

FOCUS: Remember – We have the capacity within us to remember who we are and what matters
most to us. As the breath rises and falls, as thoughts arise and subside, we can return to our
sense of wholeness. Return to you and remember your truth- in this moment and the next
moment…always.

8:00 – 9:00 am Breakfast

9:15 – 10:30 am / 10:45 – 12 pm Sound Meditation * Stephanie Mandala Hall

FOCUS: One of the easiest ways to meditate is to use sound as an anchor for your mind to rest.
In this class we will share in a body scan, and a sound meditation moving from Sound to Silence.

9:15 – 10:30 am / 10:45 – 12 pm Yoga Class *Amanda Forest Studio

FOCUS: Explore slow movement with breath in this intentional class. We will take time to notice
how each shape feels in the body as we gently flow between creative, organic movements and
held postures.

*These 2 classes will be held from 9:15 – 10:30 a.m. and again from 10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
for you to be able to attend both classes if you wish.

12:00 -1:00 pm Lunch

1:00 -3:30 pm Free time/Hike to Waterfall

FOCUS: Take time to connect with nature , community or simply spend time with you!

3:45 – 4:45 pm Yoga Class *Christina Mandala Hall

FOCUS: This dynamic flow class will offer variations of asana suitable for all levels of
experience. We will build heat through flowing movements that help to connect mind, body and breath. This class will help settle energy and calm the mind in preparation for an introspective
evening.

3:45 – 4:45 pm Meditation Class *Stephanie Forest Studio

FOCUS: Grateful, grace filled and inwardly guided. Embrace every part of you. You hold more
wisdom within you than you can ever imagine. Tap into your own intuition and find answers to
questions you may have in this meditation.

wish for you to truly make this your retreat in every way.

5:00 – 6:00 pm Yoga Class *Amanda Mandala Hall

FOCUS: Posture Lab experience. We will take a deep dive into two foundational yoga postures:
low lunge and downward facing dog. This class will start with a warmup and will flow into a
closer look into the postures. Variations will be offered to deeply engage with this Posture Lab
experience.

5:00 – 6:00 pm Pranayama and Meditation *Christina Forest Studio

FOCUS: We will practice a variety of breath techniques (pranayama) to incrrease energy,
ground and balance the nervous system. We will discuss benefits and contradictions for each
technique and we will follow up our breathing practice with a guided walking meditation

6:00 -7:00 pm Dinner

7:00 -8:30 pm Fire Ceremony *Stephanie

FOCUS: Release into the fire what you are ready to let go then move into Meditation for deeper
insights into your powerful intentions. Please have your handouts completed and bring with you.

8:45 – 10:00 pm Sound Bath and Restorative yoga *Rose Mary and Stephanie Mandala Hall

FOCUS: Fully supported by props, you’ll lie in restorative shapes for 8 to 10 minutes as the
sound of the bowls, chimes, and gong wash over you to release any the stresses, worries and
fear.

10:00 p.m. Closeout Day

FOCUS: We’ll move through a series of twists, side stretch and balance poses that will combine
to help you start you day with a positive attitude.

7:30 – 8:00 am Sunrise Meditation – Welcome your day with breath and presence in our

FOCUS: Breathwork and Stillness

8:00 – 9:00 am Breakfast

9:00 -10:15 am Closing Meditation – Ground and integrate your retreat weekend through

FOCUS: Our final yoga practice will ground and integrate our energy readying us for our return
