We are so used to doing everything for everyone else. Take these few days to remove your superwoman cape and renew, restore, and relax in the beautiful N. Georgia mountains! This is the season of restoration and relaxation as we take time to just be… enjoy Christian yoga, meditation, nature and fellowship with sisters that are open to self-love.
This all-inclusive retreat for black women by black women provides an opportunity for you to fully self-care and just be you. It offers a holistic experience, body, mind, and spirit.
Weekend Itinerary
Friday
3 p.m. | Check-in – settle into rooms |
5 p.m. | Welcome and introductions |

7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. | Workshop #1 |
9:45 p.m. – 10:45 p.m. | Restorative or Yoga Nidra (optional) |
Saturday
6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. | Sunrise Yoga (optional) |

9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. | Workshop #2 |
