Relax and Recharge: Yoga, Breath, and Sound Retreat

With Monica Simpson, Karen Martin, Helena La Barbera and Karen Luckman

September 22 - 24, 2023

Please join us at the beautiful Elohee Retreat Center for a weekend of good food, rejuvenating yoga, and gentle healing through sound. Take time to remember your strength while you reconnect with old friends, forge new relationships or just take a moment to catch your breath.

During your stay, you will have access to a variety of daily yoga practices designed to improve posture, relieve body aches and pains, and decrease stress. These classes are appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned yogis.

On Saturday, join us for a pranayama and stress workshop exploring the profound impact that conscious breathing has on how we perceive and respond to stress. The workshop will include a collection of breath practices and a short yin yoga class carefully crafted to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Enjoy two sound baths on Friday and Saturday with Helena La Barbera, owner of Spiritual Guidance and Healing. Find deep relaxation through beautiful resonant sound and guided meditation.

The weekend will also include a journaling exercise for letting go, a fire pit gathering, and a 24-hour tea house for connecting with friends or taking time for reflection. During free time, enjoy miles of beautiful hiking trails and waterfall, or feel free to book a private massage or Reiki treatment at the Elohee spa (these spots fill up, so we recommend booking in advance on Elohee’s website). Let this weekend be as active or as restful as you need it to be. We look forward to taking this journey with you!
