Relax, Renew, Revive: GVO’s Fall 2024 Retreat

GVO Studios is excited to announce our first retreat this fall. Cat White, Christina Corcoran, Allyson Eidson, Ashton Forzley, Kelly Harvey, and Tacha Slusher share a passion for health and wellness. Our instructors have crafted a weekend of rejuvenating guided activities including yoga, meditation, journaling, hiking, and crafting. Join us as they share their mindfulness and skills in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The schedule below is subject to change. Participate in as few or as many guided activities as you’d like — this is for you! Explore all that Elohee has to offer, including an on-site spa, gift shop, 24/7tea house, 3+ miles of hiking trails, and meals that accommodate a variety of diets. Come and enjoy a weekend to Relax, Renew, and Revive.
