Yoga, meditation, journaling, singing, storytelling and being in nature are just some of the ways to be able to drink while you pour. You can’t give from an empty cup. If you are a parent, teacher, therapist or artist you know you must fill up your tank in order to be present.

Decades on the healing path have given so much fruit; now I want to share the juiciness of it all. I began to meditate in the 1990s and noticed bad habits begin to fall away. Then came yoga study, teaching and the journey as an integrative health coach.

Today there is a deep need to share our stories, have conscious conversations and welcome all that is present.

When we do this together, we can shine brightly. When we shine brightly we can step into our power as healers and leaders in our communities.

The healing path becomes a way of life. It’s not what you do; it’s simply who you are. A desire to gather and show the way naturally takes place; it’s just what I love to do.
