Valuing the positive changes in her life that yoga has made, Sami strives to seek avenues to make
yoga both physically accessible and affordable to all populations.  She creates a safe, non-competitive
space for her students to explore beneath the surface of their daily lives to find deeper meaning and
inspiration. Her classes offer creative sequences with intentional themes, emphasizing the
importance of recognizing individual body awareness, proper alignment, pranayama breathing
techniques, mindfulness, and meditation. Modification and advanced options are made available for
new students and experienced yogis so that all can reach their potential. Always celebrating what the
body can do!  She is honored to teach yoga, helping to bring balance, awareness, health, and
happiness into other’s lives. When she is not teaching and sharing her love of other healing
modalities with others, or continuing her yoga education, she works full-time for H & H Electric in
Jasper GA; is involved with local animal rescue associations; conducts volunteer classes for recovery
groups; searches for rocks, minerals, gems and fossils; kayaks with her husband Kevin and loves on
her rescue fur kids Daisy Mae & Buddy.
