Kelsey Wishik is a yoga and movement instructor, artist, and musician based in Athens, GA.  She is ERYT 200 and RYT 500 certified and has over 13 years of experience with yoga and an extensive movement and meditation background.  Her offerings incorporate consideration of yoga’s historical context, philosophy, blended with studies of Chinese Medicine, contemporary neuroscience, pranayama, meditation, and mantra. She has facilitated and held community workshops and circles around the world.
