She taps into 26 years experience as a massage therapist, over 6 as an energy and sound healer and just added in Breathwork to create a unique journey of healing for each client. Sarah connects with her clients through immersive & interactive experiences, guiding and holding space for them to let go, open and expand… allowing them to honor their journey and desires to expand intimate connection within relationships.

Sarah also serves as a Sound Journey and Vibrational Healing and Breath Guide for wellness events and programs for business owners who are striving to lead by example and create a more holistic environment for well-being in the office. In addition, she collaborates and facilitates retreats for individuals, couples and teams for spiritual connection, healing and alignment.
