Kam Tanaya SpringStone Yoga

Kam has been practicing yoga for 14 years, and appreciates the fact that yoga is so individualized, and there is no set-in-stone practice to follow. “I don’t have to worry about being better than someone else, MY best can be applauded by all.” He completed his 200 hour RYT training in 2022 which included specialty trainings in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra. He also spent many hours mentoring with Tanaya Larsen. Kam has a passion for both yoga movement and mindfulness.

A retired music, chorus, and drama teacher, Kam brings his own unique experiences and perspectives into practice that will help students feel energized and comfortable in their unique bodies.  In his spare time, Kam enjoys painting in acrylic and cutting grass.
