Thanksgiving House Group Rentals

GOOD NEWS! Since we’ve opened Elohee, guests have asked if they can rent the Thanksgiving House for family and friend gatherings. We’ve had to say no as we were holding the space for retreat groups. Because these times call for re-inventing, we are pleased to announce that the Thanksgiving House is now available for you to bring your tribe to create your own personal retreat!

Elohee is renting out its Thanksgiving House for family and friend events through the rest of 2020. Hike Elohee’s 3 miles of trails and take in the views from the top of the mountain while staying in one of the most cozy and eclectic houses. Did we mention there is a 100-foot waterfall in the backyard….!!!

There are also many activities in the area including tubing, zipline, horseback riding, and Helen – an eclectic German town.

Come soak in nature, take in deep breaths, and find rest and relaxation at Elohee’s Thanksgiving House with those you love.

Thanksgiving House Spaces

The Thanksgiving House is available for group rental on weekdays and weekends. It is situated next to a 100-foot waterfall and is about a 15-minute walk to Bald Mountain. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 indoor fireplaces, 1 outdoor fireplace, and a meeting/yoga/meditation space that comfortably fits 10-12 people. Please see a description of the Thanksgiving House below:

*Please note that all bedrooms share a bathroom except for the en suite.

Thanksgiving House Pricing

A two-night minimum stay is required.

Rental Information:  The cost for rental of the house is $725 per night plus a 15% lodging tax totaling $833.75.

Grounds Fee: Elohee charges a flat $50 grounds fee per rental day. We will waive the grounds fee for Tuesday – Thursday stay.

Meals: Guests provide all of their own meals.

Fire Service: Take advantage of the Thanksgiving House fireplaces.

• Elohee will provide the firewood and kindling for a price of $50 per night.
• Outside fires only at the Thanksgiving House are only $25 per night.
• Fires are not allowed inside the house on days when the temperature is over 60 degrees.

Children

Elohee usually has an 18 year and older policy, but we occasionally make exceptions. Please contact us to discuss.

Deposit/ Cancellation Policy

• A deposit of half (1/2) of the house rental cost will secure your rental dates and must be submitted with your signed contract.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposit will be applied to your final invoice.
