The elements of crystal therapy, chromotherapy, sound vibration therapy, magnetic therapy, and universal vibrations to create balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. I also have an online business called Mystical Living Sacred Wellness that educates on nutritional health, aligning and balancing our chakras and selling metaphysical items for our spiritual wellbeing.
