Anna Marie is both an artist and wellness practitioner based out of Atlanta, GA. She started out her healing journey as an actress where she would first learn about somatics through her acting training. Now with over 10 plus years of yoga/somatic/shamanic training, she is happy to be offering more transformational movement practices to her community. She has a deep passion for movement and helping people feel more liberated in their bodies. Anna Marie is also a singer and loves the healing effect that sound can offer people. She is blessed to share sound baths & her voice to help people feel more restful & inspired. Being able to provide a safe space for others to be Free To Be themselves is a mission that Anna Marie carries with her everywhere she goes!
